Join one of Ireland’s most established retail brands as a Senior Analyst within the HR Systems team. You’ll design, build, and support solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Payroll, driving automation and system enhancements that directly impact thousands of employees across Ireland and beyond.
Partner with HR and Payroll teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Configure key HRMS components (Flexfields, SITs, EITs, Templates)
Develop and maintain Oracle E-BS CEMLIs using PL/SQL, APEX, Forms, and Reports
Support upgrades, migrations, and cross-functional projects
Liaise with Oracle technical support and internal IT counterparts
Drive best practices in HR systems documentation and delivery
5+ years’ experience in Oracle HRMS and Payroll
Strong PL/SQL development experience
Experience in Oracle APEX and BI/XML Publisher (advantageous)
Proven ability to document, configure, and enhance HR modules
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud (beneficial but not essential)
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
